"Right from the very start, this project was conceived as something that meets police authorities' needs. So while writing a proposal, even before we started writing the proposal, we have done exploratory workshops with the police authorities to find out what they actually want to be able to tackle disinformation. It was not a descriptive solution that we came up with, it was something they envisioned and they conceptualized which we responded to,"
